INSTALLATION VIDEOS

The installation video Chapters correspond to the Steps in the printed installation manuals.

VIDEO CHAPTERS

Identify the Driver Side Header Bar
- Attach the Header Bars to the Driver Side and the Passenger Side.

Install the Passenger Side Header Bar - Make sure the Passenger Side Header Bar is inserted into the "keystock" that is in the end of the Driver Side Header Bar.

Adjust the position of the Header Bars - A good place to start is to have an approximate 1/2" gap between the roof and the top of the Header Bars.

Attach 1" Hex Head screws in the sides of the Header Bars - These screws will be used to attach the Door Posts. (The video says to use 1 1/4" screws - but that is incorrect. Use 1" Hex head screws, washers on both sides, and Nylock nuts.

Attach the Driver Side Rear Door Post - This is the Post with the hinges. The hinges will be on the left and the "fork" connector at the top of the Door Post will be facing to the right.

Attach the Door Frame to the Rear Door Post - This section will show how to achieve Proper Alignment for the Door Frame. It is essential that the top of the Door Frame runs parallel with the Header Bars.

Attach the Front Door Posts - Move the Front Door Post to achieve an approximate 1/4" - 3/8" gap between the Front Door Post and the Door Frame. Attach the bottom of the Front Door Post the same way you attached the bottom of the Rear Door Post. (UPDATE: Use a 2 1/4" bolt on the bottom of the Front Door Post.)

FABRIC SECTION

Attach Side Panels

Reattach Rear View Mirrors (if applicable)

Attach the Back Panel

Attach the Rear Valance (And, prepare the rear of the cart to receive the DryClub, if applicable.)

Rear Window

Add Door Panel fabric to the Door Frames - This section does not show a Fairplay golf cart - but it doesn't matter because EVERY Door Panel attaches the same for all DoorWorks Enclosures.

Add the Door Latch

Attach Velcro to the cart to help create seals from gaps

Standout straps - Description of the product and installation procesure.

Reinstall Windshield - This section does not show a Fairplay golf cart, but will give the Fairplay owner the general idea of this step.

Reattach accessories - This section does not show a Fairplay golf cart, but it may still be viewed by Fairplay owners to show how to reattach accessories, such as ball washers, etc.

WINDSEAL Kit - This section does not show a Fairplay golf cart, but will give the Fairplay owner the general idea of how to install the WindSeal kit. The Fairplay WindSeal kit has been improved over other cart models. There is no "channel" running through the center of the WindBlocker. The WindBlocker is thicker than other models so you simply put half of the Blocker one the inside and the other half on the outside of the windshield..
