YAMAHA DRIVE INSTALLATION VIDEOS & PHOTOS

Significant improvements have been made to the Yamaha Drive enclosure. Some of the new steps do not have video, but photos are provided here to aid in installation.

The installation videos/photos correspond to the Steps in the printed manuals.

VIDEO/PHOTO STEPS

Step 1 (Photos)
ATTACH REAR HEADER BAR TO "REAR ANGLE" BRACKETS.

Step 2 (Photos)
ATTACH THE "L" BRACKET TO SUPPORT THE SIDE HEADER BARS.

Step 3 (Photos)
ATTACH SIDE HEADER BARS.

Step 4 (Photos)
ATTACH THE SIDE HEADER BARS TO THE FRONT SECTION OF THE GOLF CART.

ASSEMBLE THE FRONT POST BRACKETS.

Step 6a
REMOVE THE BUTTONS IN THE FLOORBOARD TO EXPOSE THE BOLTS THAT WILL BE REMOVED AND REPLACED WITH OUR SUPPLIED BOLTS. OUR BOLTS WILL BE USED TO SECURE THE FRONT POST BRACKET TO THE CART. OUR BOLTS ARE 8mm x 60mm (approx. 2 inches) LONG.

Step 6b
INSTALL THE FRONT POST BRACKETS.

PREPARE TO ATTACH THE REAR DOOR POST BRACKET TO THE FRAME UNDERNEATH THE CART.

ASSEMBLE AND INSTALL THE REAR DOOR POST BRACKETS.

INSTALL THE REAR DOOR POST.

INSTALL THE DOORS AND ACHIEVE PROPER ALIGNMENT.

ATTACH THE FRONT DOOR POST.

FINAL FRAME ADJUSTMENTS.
