installation video Chapters correspond to the Steps in the printed
installation manuals.
VIDEO CHAPTERS
Chapter 1
Attach "Rear Angle" brackets.
NOTE: We have a new and improved Header System. It is possible that the enclosure you have does NOT have a Rear Header Bar at all. Please review your printed manual if you do not have a Rear Header Bar listed in the Manual.

Attach Rear Header Bar to "Rear Angle" brackets.

Attach the "L" bracket to support the Side Header Bars.
NOTE: We are now attaching the Header Bar to the BOTTOM of the "L" bracket. Please refer to the printed manual for the most accurate instructions.

Correctly identify the Driver Side and the Passenger Header Bars.
They are unique. Attach the Driver Side Header Bar to cart. Repeat
the process on the Passenger Side.

Assemble the Front Post Brackets.

Remove the buttons in the floorboard to expose the bolts that
will be removed and replaced with our supplied bolts. Our bolts
will be used to secure the Front Post Bracket to the cart. Our
bolts are 8mm x 60mm (approx. 2 inches) long.

Install
the Front Post Brackets.

Assemble
the Rear Post Brackets.
NOTE: We have a new and improved Rear Door Post bracket. It is possible that the enclosure you have uses a different set of brackets than what you have received. Please review your printed manual for the instructions for installing the NEW 2009 Rear Door Post Brackets.

Install
the Rear Door Post.

Attach
the Door and achieve proper alignment.

Attach
the Front Door Post. Finalize Parallel Door Adjustment and acheive
the 1/4" gap between the Front Door Post and the Door.

frame adjustments.

the forward cover panels.

Install
the Door cover panels.

Install
the Door latches.
