VIDEO/PHOTO STEPS

In the Fall of 2010, the P2 Header System was completely redesigned and vastly improved. The new design is much easier than the original design. We do not have updated video for the new designs. However, you may click on the steps below to see updated photos.

Step 1 (Photos)
PREPARE THE CART TO ACCEPT THE HEADER BAR.

Step 2 (Photos)
INSTALL REAR HEADER TAB.

Step 3 (Photos)
ADD THE BOLT BACK, TIGHTEN SECURELY.

Step 4 (Photos)
PREPARE THE FRONT OF THE CART FOR THE HEADER.

ATTACH REAR OF HEADER BAR.

ATTACH DOOR POST “L” BRACKETS OR “J” BRACKETS TO ALL FOUR DOOR POSTS.

INSTALL THE REAR DOOR POST WITH THE DOOR PLACED ON THE HINGES.
