FOUR PASSENGER - EXTENDED ROOF GOLF CART ENCLOSURES

ForeConcepts™ is pleased to introduce the addition of four passenger golf cart enclosures to our line of product offerings.
This enclosure features the same Door Works™ door system that our golf cart customers have used for years.

We have taken the four passenger enclosure to another level with doors, yes, but another exciting feature
centers around the versatility of our back panel. At first glance, our back panel looks like any other "throw over"
type enclosure, but there is a huge difference between ours and "theirs." While all other enclosures ask the
user to roll up the back panel when not needed - our back panel can be removed and reattached in seconds.

The tremendous benefit of this is that our clear vinyl will stay clear much longer than other enclosures that are
constantly rolled up and down. No cracking, no fading - just like new quality for many years!

*The above listed enclosures are designed for 80 inch roofs
with the aluminum channel band. New installations
will require no drilling to the cart roof to install

The photo to the left shows the Back Panel completely
removed from the cart. The Back Panel can be quickly
removed and reattached in just seconds.

We have also built it to be rolled up as well. The
easiness of removal, however, gives the user the
option of preventing the fading and cracking that is
inherent in rolling up vinyl.

This model four passenger does not require the roof with the aluminum band. It is designed to work with the factory roof from Star Car, Fairplay and Zone.

We designed this enclosure to be used with a standard 80 inch roof. However, we specifically require the kind of roof that has a 1 inch aluminum that goes all the way around the bottom of the roof and on the inside of that band is a channel.

We use the channel to eliminate the need for drilling holes in the roof - AND - more importantly - it gives the installer flexibility in that the roof can be easily adjusted frontward or backward to make a nice fit for the enclosure.

This photo shows the roof that we prefer.

Note the aluminum band that goes all the way around the bottom of the roof.

This photo shows the INSIDE of the roof we use.

The aluminum band has a hollow channel. T Bolts are placed inside this channel. The header system is then bolted to these T Bolts. Fabric is also attached with the T Bolts.

The photo to the left shows a T Bolt added to the channel in the roof, then our Header L Bracket added to the T Bolt. The Header Bar is then bolted to the Header L Bracket.

Notice now that the T Bolt could be moved along the slot (before it is tightened) which allows the frame to be adjusted without the need for drilling holes in the roof.
